Our Attorneys

Ambrosia-Walt, Sharon

Sharon Ambrosia-Walt’s practice draws upon over 25 years of experience in representing and counseling clients considering or involved in civil litigation. Sharon has acted as both local and regional counsel for major product manufacturers of child restraints, ladders and step stools, cranes, and tires, and has litigated, mediated, and managed these product claims in Washington, Oregon, and Montana. She has defended asbestos claims for a variety of manufacturers and has litigated a wide variety of business disputes arising from both private and public contracts. Sharon has counseled trade organizations on regulatory compliance and assisted businesses to improve risk management. She has represented doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents, appraisers, and other professionals in malpractice claims. Her trial experience has been on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, and she has argued several successful appeals before Washington appellate courts and the Ninth and Sixth Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Sharon’s current practice focuses on products liability, errors and omissions/professional liability, insurance defense, contracts and commercial disputes, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
Barry, Kyle

Kyle focuses his practice on civil litigation, including personal injury defense, where he represents individuals and private entities. With an undergraduate degree in biology, Kyle is able to convey complicated concepts in terms a jury can easily understand, laying the foundation for favorable verdicts. Kyle has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, arbitration, negotiations, and motions practice. Kyle is licensed to practice in Washington state.
Berman Lovell, Elizabeth M.

Elizabeth Berman Lovell focuses her practice on civil litigation, including personal injury defense, bad faith, and product liability. Elizabeth has been practicing civil litigation in private practice since graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 2013. She has significant experience in motions practice, discovery, negotiated settlements, and trying cases on behalf of her clients. Elizabeth is licensed to practice in Washington and California.
Buron, Brian G.

Brian Buron’s practice emphasizes construction litigation, transportation accidents, insurance and general tort litigation. Brian has represented clients in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation, including accident investigation, complex discovery, arbitrations, and trial. He has handled a variety of matters both in Washington and California. During the course of his career spanning two states, he has also represented clients in cases involving claims of professional malpractice, product liability, and insurance coverage.
Donohue, Alfred E.

Al Donohue’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance extra-contractual claims and coverage, complex personal injury, and products liability. Al is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Washington and Oregon. He has tried cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants concerning the Washington Product Liability Act, Washington Consumer Protection Act, breach of contract, trademark infringement, and negligence. Before law school, Al worked for Windermere Real Estate and served with the Marine Corps in the Gulf during Operation Desert Storm. After graduating from law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William Baker on the Washington Court of Appeals. In addition to his practice, he regularly presents at seminars on topics including legal ethics, insurance coverage and defending extra-contractual claims.
Eversole, Sarah L.

Sarah Eversole’s practice focuses on litigation, including complex commercial litigation, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, and insurance fraud. Sarah is licensed to practice in Washington, California, and the federal courts of Washington and Idaho.
Goldman, Patricia

Patricia’s practice is focused on insurance, personal injury and commercial litigation. With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Patricia effectively communicates with her clients and thrives on trial work and presenting her client’s case in the most favorable light to win their case and the best outcome.
Guthrie, Jack D.

Jack Guthrie’s practice focuses on civil litigation involving a wide range of subject matters. Isaacson, John

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, John spent his undergrad years in the state of Texas before moving to Spokane, Washington to attend law school at Gonzaga. After law school, John worked as a Public Defender before deciding to transition to the civil defense side in 2021. Since then, he has represented clients in cases involving claims of product liability, personal injury, and various construction-related disputes.

Main-Ogasawara, Sierra

Sierra Main-Ogasawara focuses her practice on personal injury defense and transportation liability. Sierra has worked in private practice since graduating from Willamette University College of Law in 2018, and is experienced in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation, investigation, complex discovery, negotiations, motions practice, trials, and judgment enforcement. Sierra is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.
Nasir, Mishal

Mishal Nasir focuses her practice on personal injury defense, defense of owner associations, product liability, and civil and commercial litigation. She has experience in discovery, alternate dispute resolution, negotiated settlements, and motions practice. Mishal is licensed to practice in Washington state. She obtained her law degree and trained as a Barrister in the United Kingdom. Prior to moving to Washington, she spent nine years practicing civil litigation and corporate law in her home country of Pakistan.
Neal, Lisa

Lisa Neal’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and extracontractual claim litigation. In her 25 years of practice, Lisa has advised insurers regarding a wide range of insurance products, including general liability, professional liability, medical and nursing home liability, and title insurance policies. She has extensive experience in defending insurers in complex bad faith suits, including those involving failure to defend/settle claims, excess judgment claims, and suits involving collusive agreed judgments and settlements. Lisa is licensed to practice in Washington, Texas, and the federal courts of Washington and Texas.
Reider, Gwen Forrest

Gwen Forrest Reider focuses her practice on civil litigation, including insurance coverage, personal injury, and tort claims. Prior to joining Wilson Smith Cochran Dickerson, Gwen’s practice focused on child welfare, where she gained extensive trial experience. She served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer in Falls Church, VA, after receiving her Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution & Consultation in Switzerland. Gwen is a proud multigenerational Alaskan. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2006, and is licensed to practice in State and Federal Court in Washington.
Sbaih, Jeff M.

Jeff Sbaih is a partner at Wilson Smith Cochran Dickerson. He specializes in complex legal disputes involving product liability, professional liability, transportation liability, premises liability, and business torts across the West Coast. Jeff is also the firm’s lead subrogation lawyer with a successful track record of recovering damages for substantial losses on behalf of insurers and their insureds across the country. He also has experience handling class action and mass tort cases as well as MDL matters. Outside the courtroom, Jeff enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to pragmatically address their legal and regulatory issues and to provide tactical and strategic legal advice to clients about their risks and interests in challenging and ambiguous situations. Jeff was recently named to the “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” by the American Society of Legal Advocates, is a member of several Washington State Bar Associations standing committees, and is a board member of multiple non-profit organizations in the Seattle area.

John M. Silk has investigated, litigated, and arbitrated state and federal insurance coverage, extra-contractual, and employment practices cases for 30 years.
Smith, Whitney L. C.

Whitney Smith’s practice focuses on construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, defense of owner associations, personal injury defense, and product liability. Whitney is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Washington. He has successfully tried cases before juries in both federal and state courts, has arbitrated cases, and has served as an arbitrator.
Vick, Brandon Michael

Brandon Vick specializes in civil litigation and appellate advocacy, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his role at Wilson Smith Cochran Dickerson. Before joining the firm, Brandon honed his legal skills as a law clerk for esteemed jurists including the Honorable Judge Bill Bowman, the Honorable Judge Jennifer Langbehn, and the Honorable Judge Michelle Szambelan. Widney, Allison

Allison focuses her practice on construction defect litigation, personal injury defense, and commercial litigation. Allison began her career as a public defender, where she spent six years advocating for clients in criminal matters and gaining extensive courtroom experience. In 2017, she transitioned into civil practice, where she used her prior experience in the courtroom to convey complicated concepts in terms a jury can easily understand, laying the foundation for favorable verdicts.
