Edgell, Kenneth

Kenny Edgell focuses his practice on civil litigation, defending state and local agencies in tort claims involving allegations of neglect, abuse, assault, custodial liability, and sexual abuse. His prior practice in dependency and criminal law, as both a public defender and deputy prosecutor, gives him a unique insight into these highly sensitive cases. Before law school Kenny spent 8 years in the Navy on submarines and is a graduate from the Naval Nuclear Power School. He holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
