Kyle focuses his practice on civil litigation, including personal injury defense, where he represents individuals and private entities. With an undergraduate degree in biology, Kyle is able to convey complicated concepts in terms a jury can easily understand, laying the foundation for favorable verdicts. Kyle has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, arbitration, negotiations, and motions practice. Kyle is licensed to practice in Washington state.
